Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010I know that dealing with unrelated sites while you do internet search can be annoying and time consuming so we have here a few Google search tips to help you with just that:
Be specific. Put the exact location of the property you would like to check, such as its area, or which beach, city, and state it is located.
Use key words such as property, real estate, condominium, apartment, family home, for rent, for sale, etc. can be useful.
Put your key words in between apostrophes. For example, if you type in Miami beachfront condominium for sale youll get sites that have that exact phrase in them.
Add a plus sign in between words. This symbol will also focus strongly on the words that you type in.
