The Coronado Beach neighborhood, south of Flagler Avenue in Florida, has changed greatly in the past few years. Before, it was known for its scenic coastal views and peaceful older beach homes. Not to mention its relatively small-town feel. But due to recent tourist developments, The Coronado Beach neighborhood, ideal for its close proximity to the beaches, has been “invaded” by more modern structures. Plenty of developers are offering old-time residents hefty amounts for their properties which they can redevelop into condominiums.
Many residents have expressed their indignation over this. They do not want to relinquish their homesteads and they stand firmly against the more commercial redevelopment of their peaceful community.

New Jersey has evolved into one of the hottest summer destinations in the whole US as far as development is concerned. The area of Sea Isles and The Shores is a wonderful embodiment of the state developing their wonderful beaches into some of the most alluring properties anywhere.

Properties by the beach often seem exciting both for the adults and the children. However, kids, just like in a pool, must never be left on their own. The use of flotation devices must be closely monitored because they can easily be washed to the sea and children might attempt to get them back which poses a serious danger to them. Going boating is an exhilarating adventure, but extreme care must also be exercised. When you’re out cruising, it pays to listen to the weather alert for small sea crafts. A sudden change in weather could be dangerous. Also, boats and beer could be a lethal combination. If you don’t drink and drive on land, it’s also a good advice to follow at sea.
