<p>Yep. One easy rule when you go property buying but also one of the most difficult to follow. It is very easy to fall in love with a particular house especially when you realize how close it is to your dream house, if not exactly, THE dream house.  When we get emotional about owning, it becomes a problem as it also becomes apparent to everyone. Oh, how easy it is to play on that fact and you not only end up deaf to masked lies, but also blind to the not-so-good aspects of the property.</p>
<p>Try to detach yourself emotionally when you go property viewing, or at least try your best at concealing your emotions. Despite the fact that you are willing to let the sellers know how you appreciate their home and that you will take good care of it, you do not want them to see your eyes go up like Christmas lights. Do not give them an advantage in negotiation.</p>
