Many people who opt to keep their beach properties to themselves often fail to realize the amount of needed care a beach-side home requires. From the wooden elements in the walls, furnishings and the home’s many other parts, they are subject to more damaging effects of the salt water which can be very damaging. Paint oxidizes exposing protected surfaces to the wear and tear of the harsh environment that is the beach.
